Pastor Lady Lashelle Bolton, known as Lady B, was born and raised in Westchester County, NY. She accepted the Lord at a young age at True Salvation Training Center of Praise, in Mt. Vernon, NY, setting the stage for her lifelong commitment to ministry and service.

Lady B has served in many roles, including Youth Ministry Director, Sunday School Teacher, and Praise Team Organizer. In 2018, she was ordained as an Elder, and in 2021, she became the Executive Pastor of One Accord Christian Church-Newburgh, working alongside her husband, Bishop Robert Bolton, to lead various ministries.

Beyond ministry, Lady B’s passion for holistic health and wellness led her to establish Glory Not Guilt, Inc., a faith-based nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals break free from unhealthy cycles through workshops, group coaching, and seminars. With a focus on empowering others to overcome guilt, trauma, and negativity, this initiative reflects her belief that God’s grace can bring healing and wholeness. As a Certified Health Coach and graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, she integrates her deep faith with practical wellness strategies to promote total well-being—body, mind, and spirit.

Lady B’s professional background also includes over 30 years in Healthcare Management, where she founded "Superior Coding," an LLC that trains individuals for careers in Medical Billing and Coding.

A devoted wife and mother of five, Lady B’s personal journey of overcoming adversity drives her mission to inspire others. Her uplifting message of grace and empowerment is reflected in her motto, “Be Fruitful, Not Busy,” and through Glory Not Guilt, she continues to uplift others to live healthier, more purposeful lives.
